Store Supervisor - Marlborough

Position Summary TD Bank is looking for a Store Manager in Marlborough, Massachusetts. The role supervises day-to-day team activities to ensure operational excellence and compliance with policies and procedures, including cash handling, vault management, and fraud prevention. It will drive operational, customer, and sales objectives and provide leadership to the teller side, platform, and customer escalations. The manager will also build relationships through sales and advisory activities, ensuring a personalized, connected experience for customers. Responsibilities Provide supervisory oversight to a team of advice and service colleagues to achieve individual and store objectives that result in legendary customer and colleague experiences. Lead day-to-day team direction to ensure effective delivery of personalized and complex service and advice activities while maintaining compliance and regulatory guidelines. Monitor workflows for the teller team and platform, prioritizing tasks and delegating duties and responsibilities. Drive operational excellence in the store, including cash handling, vault management, control of negotiable items, fraud prevention, controllable expenses, and employee safety. Engage customers about loan products, facilitate the application intake, and maintain an active registration status with NMLS. Lead, develop, and coach the team on delivering effective customer service, product, and advice conversations to improve overall customer experience. Proficiently use customer relationship tools, services, products, and campaigns to advocate for customers and provide financial advice. Acquire and deepen the store customer base through proactive sales and service activities including lead management, outbound calls, relays, and appointment setting. Represent TD as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations, taking ownership and resolving complaints. Maintain operational standards of the store, manage store currency levels, track shipments, and prepare accurate documentation for customer transactions. Lead the execution of the store customer experience plan and store advisory plan, ensuring alignment with operational excellence. Coordinate with partners to ensure all customers are serviced in the channel best suited to their needs. Assist in maintaining a professional and inviting space in all common areas of the store, adhering to premises and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred. Minimum of 2+ years of experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity, or equivalent. Notary license preferred. Previous supervisory experience or demonstrated ability in providing direction, decision making, and coaching. Proven ability to meet and exceed customer expectations with strong organization and multitasking skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills and sound judgment in decision making and problem solving. Good working knowledge of Outlook, Lotus Notes, Word, and Excel. Ability to supervise and lead others and provide community services. Knowledge of operational systems and databases, vault management, and cash control procedures.
