Job Description

• Lead on-site construction activities across large data center and industrial scopes.
• Coordinate daily with owners, architects, engineers, safety, and controls teams to maintain schedule and quality.
• Manage daily huddles, pull-plan meetings, and field issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.
• Support SPM on change orders, payment tracking, and at-risk scope oversight.
• Oversee field staff, ensure safety compliance, and integrate teams across the tri-venture structure.

The Successful Applicant

• 4+ years' experience in data center, commercial, or light industrial construction.
• Strong coordination ability across multiple stakeholders in a fast-changing environment.
• Hands-on field capability: ladders, stairs, hoists, site navigation, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Clear, succinct communicator who thrives in focused, high-pace settings.
• Values growth, accountability, teamwork, and exceeding expectations.
