Remote Technical Support Specialist - VoIP & Video

MCI

MCI is hiring for a remote Technical Support role focused on troubleshooting VoIP Phones, Data Gateways, and HD Video services. Candidates must possess strong customer service skills and a technical background to provide top-tier support to customers across the United States.
