• Pay Package: Competitive compensation; hourly rate at $1.00

What You ll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a 92-bed Level IV NICU setting
• Manage critically ill and premature newborns, working closely with a team of neonatologists and NP colleagues
• Collaborate across pediatric subspecialties and support regional neonatal referral services for coastal Georgia
• Participate in multidisciplinary family-centered care planning and ongoing professional development
• Engage in clinical mentoring and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Document patient care accurately, adhering to hospital and regulatory standards
• Support training and orientation for new staff and residents rotating through the NICU

What You Need:

• Active Georgia RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification
• Neonatal NP experience or new graduate training programs encouraged
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate approach to neonatal care and family support
