Angott Search Group is proud to partner with a nationally recognized mortgage lender headquartered in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, in the search for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, sales-driven professional to build lasting referral relationships and help clients achieve their homeownership goals. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with strong communication skills and a proven ability to generate business through external partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and referral partners
• Prospect and pre-qualify borrowers, advising on suitable loan products
• Guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies
• Represent the organization at open houses, closings, and local networking events

Qualifications:

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license required
• Thorough knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and other mortgage programs
• Proven success in outside sales and relationship management
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel up to 80%
