Marketing Manager (Social Media Management)

Expert Marketing Manager (Social Media content management), with solid background in GoHighLevel (reputation management, workflows, pipelines, appointment booking, forms, surveys, lead nurturing,), automations & integrations (n8n, Make, webhooks, APIs); responsible for turning the company’s expertise, client stories, community authority, and educational content into consistent, measurable marketing that creates leads, warms referral relationships, supports sales conversations, and strengthens brand trust.

Will manage social media, repurpose video content, edit short-form and long-form video, build email campaigns, support webinar creation and promotion, organize content calendars, create lead magnets and nurture sequences, and help make Swick Real Estate Group and Downsize Allies known as the trusted authority for downsizing, complex home transitions, and seller-focused real estate solutions.
