Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting in surgical operations through meticulous organization and preparation of the operating room
• Stringently maintaining sterile fields while following infection control guidelines
• Providing instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants effectively
• Ensuring the operational readiness of surgical tools and equipment before, during, and after procedures
• Keeping an eye on inventory and preparing for each upcoming operation
• Collaborating harmoniously with nurses, anesthesiologists, and fellow surgical staff to provide exceptional care
• Diligently maintaining accurate surgical counts and documentation

Education Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program required
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Certifications Needed:

• Valid CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential required
• BLS certification (or capability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
