LearningRx Tysons is seeking a part-time Office Administrator / Director of First Impressions to support our brain training center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values organization, and wants to contribute to a positive, mission-driven environment helping children and adults succeed.

Hours: 3 p.m.  - 8 p.m. Monday - Friday and Saturdays from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, welcoming experience for all families and visitors
• Answer incoming calls, listen carefully, and schedule appointments
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain relationships
• Keep schedules, records, and materials organized
• Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
• Assist with community outreach and local events
• Help in Brain Training students (must complete LearningRx Brain Training certification)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly adapting environment 
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office
• Friendly, patient, and enjoys working with children and families
