Physical Therapist

Offering $38.00 - $55.00/hour + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Physical Therapist Opportunity:
- Full-Time, Permanent, Direct Hire
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift
- Setting: Inpatient with coverage in the post-op and ET as needed, plus outpatient coverage, as inpatient volume is low

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and communicate with other healthcare professionals regarding patient progress, problems, and plans.
- Develops effective treatment plans for assigned patients and monitors the progress of assigned patients
- Consults, screens, evaluates, and treats patients as assigned in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist License or the ability to obtain one
