The successful candidate will provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in various departments, including but not limited to emergency and pulmonary care. This position requires flexibility and a commitment to teamwork. Responsibilities Deliver respiratory therapy services to patients in alignment with clinical protocols and guidelines. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans. Perform diagnostic tests and evaluate patient responses to therapy. Educate patients and their families on respiratory conditions and ongoing care strategies. Participate in departmental meetings and continuous education to stay abreast of new treatments and technologies. May be required to float to multiple locations within the region as needed. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). Current National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Active Ohio RRT license. Work Schedule This position involves night shifts, specifically 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30. Weekend availability is required as needed. Scheduling and time-off requests should be communicated during the application and interview process.
