The Opportunity

Our agents have access to a live inbound call system where they can invest in their own call volume based on their goals and budget.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a licensed agent, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls and helping clients evaluate their life insurance options.

Your responsibilities include:

• Speaking with consumers who call into our system
• Reviewing existing policies and identifying coverage gaps
• Comparing life insurance products across multiple carriers
• Presenting suitable coverage recommendations
• Handling objections and closing applications over the phone
• Completing applications accurately and efficiently
• Following up on pending business to improve placement
• Participating in training and implementing our sales process
• Staying active in our virtual office and collaborating with the team

Our goal is to help you develop a consistent, repeatable sales process rather than spending your entire day searching for your next opportunity.

Our Virtual Office & Team Environment

Remote doesn't mean working alone.

At Liberated Financial, we use Discord as our virtual office , allowing agents to work alongside each other, communicate with leadership, and receive coaching throughout the day.

We want our remote agents to have the same support and team environment they would experience working in a physical office.

All agents are expected to:

• Be present and active in our Discord virtual office during their scheduled working hours
• Keep their cameras on and microphones unmuted when appropriate for team collaboration and coaching
• Be available for real-time coaching, questions, and assistance
• Participate in team meetings, training, and daily communication
• Maintain a professional, distraction-free workspace
• Be comfortable navigating multiple software platforms and sales systems

Our leadership team is available to help agents with questions, objections, applications, and sales situations as they come up.

This isn't a position where you log in, disappear for the day, and work completely independently.

We believe agents perform better when they're surrounded by other motivated producers who can share ideas, learn from each other, and improve together.

You must be comfortable using technology. Our business operates through online sales platforms, CRM systems, carrier portals, communication software, and our virtual office. You don't need to be a technology expert, but you must be capable of learning and confidently using the systems required to do your job.

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in motivated, licensed individuals who are comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment.

Minimum requirements:

• Active life insurance producer license
• At least 10 active state licenses
• Ability to obtain appointments with a minimum of 3 of our core carriers
• Comfortable communicating and selling over the phone
• Willingness to invest in inbound calls and your business
• Strong work ethic and ability to maintain a consistent schedule
• Comfortable working in a camera-on, collaborative virtual office environment
• Ability to operate computers, CRM software, and multiple online platforms
• Reliable internet connection, working webcam, microphone, and appropriate computer equipment
• Open to coaching, training, and following an established system

Previous life insurance sales experience is preferred but not required. We are open to newer licensed agents who are willing to learn and take their business seriously.

Carrier Contracting Requirements

Our primary carrier partners include:

• Corebridge Financial
• Foresters Financial

To qualify for contracting, you must not have submitted business within the previous 6 months with at least 3 of the carriers listed above .

You must also be willing and eligible to release or terminate outside life insurance contracts that would interfere with appointments through our organization.

We'll review your existing contracts and carrier eligibility before moving forward with onboarding.

How We Get You Started

We have a structured onboarding process to help agents transition into our system and begin taking calls.

Week 1: Getting Set Up

Complete your onboarding paperwork, review your carrier eligibility, and begin the contracting process.

Week 2: Training & Preparation

Attend our 3-day orientation with a national trainer, become familiar with our scripts and systems, get set up in our Discord virtual office, and finalize your carrier appointments.

Week 3: Start Taking Calls

Once you have at least 3 approved core carrier appointments and 10 active state licenses, you'll be eligible to begin receiving inbound calls.

You'll work alongside our team through our virtual office, with access to coaching and assistance as you begin taking calls.

Our focus is making sure you have the tools and preparation necessary before you start investing in your production.

Office Locations & Remote Opportunities

We offer agents the flexibility to work from home or join us in an office environment.

Qualified remote agents are welcome to apply.

However, working remotely with us is different from a traditional work-from-home position. We operate as a connected team through our Discord virtual office, and agents are expected to be present, engaged, and available for collaboration throughout their workday.

You'll have the flexibility of working from home while still being part of an active sales floor.

Compensation & Growth Potential

Start at 85% Commission. Grow to 120% or 145%.

Every agent begins at 85% commission , with the opportunity to advance through our compensation structure as production increases.

We offer two paths for agents looking to grow:

Individual Producer: Up to 120% Commission

If your focus is selling life insurance and maximizing your personal production, you can work your way up our commission ladder based on your individual results.

You don't have to recruit or manage a team to advance your compensation.

Agency Builder: Up to 145% Compensation Level

For agents who want to take things further, we offer the opportunity to build and lead a team. As your organization grows and reaches production milestones, you can qualify for higher compensation levels, up to 145%.

Whether you want to be a top-producing closer or eventually develop your own team, there's room to grow.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% commission-based compensation. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary.

Agents are responsible for purchasing their inbound calls, and actual earnings depend on sales performance, production, placement, and consistency. Advancement is based on meeting the applicable production requirements and is not guaranteed.

We're not going to promise you'll make six figures overnight. Building a successful insurance business requires effort, consistency, and a willingness to improve.
