Core Job Responsibilities - (Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following):
- Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control
- Receives all incoming materials in ERP or completes daily receipt logs; labels and files all documentation
- Resolves receiving discrepancies, PO issues, and problem log follow-ups
- Pulls raw materials, kits, issues, and closes production orders for builds and FGI packaging
- Performs daily cycle counts and supports inventory review/root cause analysis
- Monitors inventory levels, usage trends, and replenishment needs
- Maintains >98% inventory accuracy through proper system and physical controls
- Reviews WMS transactions (e.g., open transactions, system inconsistencies) and resolves discrepancies
