Substitute Custodian

Substitute custodians are scheduled in advance to cover vacant shifts at a pay rate of $13.50 per hour by the Director of Technology & Operations. Substitute custodians perform routine janitorial cleaning of school buildings in order to keep the district facilities clean, safe and attractive in appearance. Substitute custodians operate janitorial equipment, utilize cleaning chemicals, and use appropriate hand tools in the performance of their duties. In addition to cleaning, they set up meeting rooms and move equipment, furniture, and other materials as directed. Shift hours are Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm and 2:30pm - 11:00pm.
