What You'll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level II nursery with 6 beds
• Collaborate with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to deliver high-quality, family-centered healthcare
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical research projects
• Support and participate in clinical protocols and best practices
• Engage in out-of-house call schedules with flexibility
• Contribute to service expansion initiatives
• Exchange ideas and share expertise with a broad network of Pediatrix providers across over 400 NICUs

What You Need

• Board Certification in Neonatology
• Valid medical license in Virginia or ability to obtain one
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Experience in Level II NICU settings
• Sub-specialty support experience (optional)
