What You’ll Do As an Autism Paraprofessional (Behavior Technician), you’ll provide one‑on‑one, in‑home support to children with autism using evidence‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Every child has different goals, so every day looks a little different. You’ll help children build skills like: Communication Social interaction Daily living skills Emotional regulation Play and learning You’ll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who will coach and support you every step of the way.
