Collaborate with team members to maintain exceptional service standards and improve customer experiences. Identify opportunities for service enhancements and contribute to the implementation of best practices. Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate and useful information to clients. Requirements Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal. Previous experience in customer service or a similar support role is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
