ECommerce Web Analytics Analyst

Key Responsibilities Analyze website and eCommerce performance using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key business metrics. Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and optimization opportunities. Monitor and report on web analytics KPIs, user engagement, conversion rates, and digital performance. Partner with business, product, and marketing teams to provide data-driven recommendations. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources. Ensure data accuracy and support ongoing web analytics implementation and reporting enhancements. Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to improve customer experience and business outcomes. Required Skills 4+ years of experience in Web Analytics or Digital Analytics. Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (preferred) or Google Analytics. Strong experience creating dashboards, reports, and analytical insights. Solid understanding of Web Analytics KPIs, website optimization, and eCommerce/product performance metrics. Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
