Project Executive – Data Center / Mission Critical Construction Location: Atlanta Georgia A leading general contractor specializing in mission-critical construction is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a senior construction leader with deep expertise in data center infrastructure, complex MEP systems, and commissioning processes, who thrives in fast-paced, high-value environments. Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale data center construction projects Serve as the primary client interface and executive point of contact Oversee budgets, schedules, contract execution, and risk management Drive cost control, forecasting, and margin performance Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and industry standards Manage subcontractors, vendors, and workforce planning across project teams Guide decisions related to power, cooling, redundancy, and commissioning protocols Implement best-in-class project management practices and tools (Lean, BIM, Procore, etc.) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of construction management experience 5+ years delivering data center or mission-critical projects Proven leadership of large, complex projects with significant MEP scope Strong experience with prefabrication, modular assembly, and integrated systems testing (IST) Proficiency with project management platforms such as Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project PMP, CCM, or similar certifications are a plus What We're Looking For Strategic project leadership Deep knowledge of data center design and construction Strong financial and operational management capabilities Exceptional client communication and stakeholder management #J-18808-Ljbffr Kevin Edward
