Our Managers are tasked with maintaining a safe and fun environment for all Altitude Trampoline Park employees and jumpers!What You NeedExcellent communication skillsReliable transportation, to and from workCompletion of in-house safety trainingA Typical DayCommunicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional mannerRemain alert and use all senses while supervising park guestManage employee relationsProvide courteous customer experience and responds to customers' questions, complaints, or requests.Establish and maintain a safe environment for patrons and staff in and around jumping surfaces, airbags, and other activity areasComplete opening and closing duties such as safety audits, cash deposits, and other managerial checklistsWork as a team with other management team membersPerform any other services or duties as required by ManagementPerksFlexible scheduleCompetitive PayManagement experience is requiredAltitude Trampoline Park is the world's premier trampoline park that offers fun and exercise for jumpers of all ages.
