Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of Optum, is seeking a Dermatologist to join its growing team in the greater Houston area. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive medical dermatology care to a diverse patient population, including adults and pediatrics. Join a nationally recognized multi-specialty clinic known for delivering coordinated and accountable care, with access to over 900 medical providers across 65 specialties.Practice InfoKelsey-Seybold Clinic is a multi-specialty clinic with over 900 medical providers in 65 medical specialties.The Dermatology team currently includes 19 providers, including two dermatopathologists and one Mohs surgeon, across 11 locations in the greater Houston area.Offers additional services including phototherapy (nbUVB, PUVA, excimer), extended patch testing, and select cosmetic services.Dermatologists collaborate extensively with other Kelsey specialists including General Surgery, ENT, Plastic Surgery, Hematology/Oncology, Rheumatology, Infectious Disease, and Radiation Oncology.Dermatologists are invited to participate in a monthly tumor board and a quarterly journal club.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, treat, and manage all types of medical dermatology conditions including (but not limited to) acne, eczema, psoriasis, bullous diseases, and skin cancers.See a wide range of patients including adult and pediatric.CompensationCompensation generally ranges from $360,000 to $672,500.Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus.Compensation is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.BenefitsComprehensive benefits packageIncentive and recognition programsEquity stock purchase401k contributionShift & ScheduleFull-timeRequirementsGraduate of an approved training program in the United States.Licensed in the State of Texas.Board Certified and/or Board Eligible.
