Launch 513 is hiring full-time Retail Team Members to represent client campaigns through face-to-face retail and event marketing throughout the Cincinnati area.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for people who enjoy working with others, want to strengthen their communication and sales skills, and are motivated by measurable goals.

No extensive sales background is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you develop from day one.

What You'll Do

As a Retail Team Member, you'll work directly with customers while representing campaigns across industries including telecommunications, nonprofit organizations, and sports.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging customers face-to-face and creating a positive experience
• Asking questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Presenting products, services, promotions, or campaigns clearly and professionally
• Learning and applying sales, customer service, and communication strategies
• Representing our clients and their brands with professionalism
• Working toward individual and team performance goals
• Participating in ongoing coaching and development sessions
• Collaborating with teammates and leadership to improve results

Training & Development

Who We're Looking For

• Interested in developing sales, marketing, or leadership skills

Previous experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, athletics, customer service, fundraising, or sales can be helpful, but it isn't required.

Recent graduates and candidates beginning their careers are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Opportunity

Base compensation: Starting around $500+ per week , depending on schedule, attendance, performance, and compensation structure

Performance-based commissions: Successful entry-level team members may have the opportunity to increase their total weekly earnings through commissions and incentives.
