Proposal Writer

The candidate will participate in proposal reviews, incorporate feedback, and build expertise in Medicaid programs, healthcare procurements, and proposal best practices. Qualifications include experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or healthcare operations, strong writing, reading comprehension, time management, and relationship‑building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with a preference for 1‑3 years of proposal writing experience and APMP Foundation Certification.
