Quality Assurance Specialist

Medical Devices Company in Covington, GA is hiring a QA Specialist 1 for contact center quality monitoring (call and email). This 12‑month contract on W2 offers 40 hours per week, 1st shift, and a hybrid schedule with Friday on site/remote options. You will perform QA evaluations using MS Forms, track results, provide feedback, and maintain QA metrics.
