Atlassian Software Engineer

Software Engineer**Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph REQUIRED**. Please do not apply if you do not currently possess this level of clearance.Basic Requirements:7 years of experience as a software engineerBachelor's degree in a technical discipline 2 additional years of experience as a software engineer may be substituted for a degreeJob Description:The Software Engineer shall be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tools and Services in support of the Atlassian's suite of products (such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo) collectively known as SUBURBANDEVELOPMENT.The Software Engineer shall work closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, system administrators, project managers, and mission customers to deliver seamless integrations that enhance productivity and streamline workflows.Required Experience:Proficiency with the Linux command-line interface (CLI)Strong scripting experience (Bash, Python, Groovy)Recent Java software development experience in Linux environmentsExperience developing with the Spring FrameworkProficiency in modern web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)Experience with containerization technologies including DockerExperience with Apache VelocityExperience with OpenSearchExperience using the Atlassian plugin SDK, to create and extend the Atlassian suite of applicationsExperience creating documentation of configurations, procedures, and system changesDesired Experience:Experience with the Atlassian suite of toolsExperience with IaC principles and automation tools such as AnsibleExperience with Cloud technologiesSalary: $230,000 - $240,000 annually.
