Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Detox Center
Peace of Mind Mental Health Care & Counseling
Job Description
Position Overview\n
Peace of Mind Mental Health Care & Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. This full-time, remote position offers you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients while working from the comfort of your home. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to valuing skilled professionals in mental health care.
About the Organization\nAt Peace of Mind Mental Health Care & Counseling, we believe in empowering marginalized populations and helping them realize their full potential. Our mission extends beyond providing clinical services; we are a community-focused organization determined to create a workspace where diversity and equity thrive. Our team members are encouraged to bring authentic selves to work, allowing us to leverage unique perspectives in our pursuit of mental health excellence.
Work Environment\nThis role operates in a primarily remote setting, with occasional in-person meetings and trainings as necessary. As part of a detox center, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support for clients dealing with substance use and mental health issues. Our organizational culture prioritizes mental well-being, and we provide ongoing training and professional development to foster your growth.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the psychosocial needs of clients in our detox center. \n
- Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) in collaboration with families and other team members. \n
- Monitor progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to align with evidence-based practices. \n
- Provide guidance and support to families, helping them understand and enhance their child’s developmental journey. \n
- Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching methods to facilitate learning and skill development. \n
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding mental health services. \n
- Promote a healthy, respectful, and collaborative learning environment by building rapport with clients, families, and team members. \n
- Collect and analyze data to track treatment efficacy and improve service delivery. \n
You will primarily work with young children experiencing developmental delays or disabilities, along with their families. Our services are greatly beneficial for these children in their early years—where foundational skills in physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication domains are developed. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that families feel empowered and equipped to support their child’s growth in a nurturing environment.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work is required. \n
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas. \n
- A valid driver’s license is required for occasional travel to team meetings or events. \n
- Proficiency in adapting therapeutic and educational approaches to meet diverse learning styles. \n
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients, families, and colleagues. \n
- Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to regulatory standards for mental health and family services. \n
We prefer candidates with at least one year of experience working specifically with children in early intervention settings, particularly those dealing with substance use or mental health issues. Being bilingual is an added advantage, as it allows for better communication with diverse families and communities. You should also demonstrate a strong orientation toward Natural Learning Environment practices in therapy.
Compensation and Benefits\nIn addition to the competitive salary of $75,000 to $80,000 annually, Peace of Mind Mental Health Care & Counseling offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
\n- \n
- Sign-on bonus to welcome you on board. \n
- Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance for you and your family. \n
- 401(k) plan with company matching to help you secure your financial future. \n
- Generous paid time off and sick leave to prioritize your well-being. \n
- Life Insurance to give you peace of mind. \n
- Profit sharing opportunities for added financial rewards. \n
- Employee discounts with various vendors as a token of appreciation. \n
- Flexible Spending Accounts to help manage out-of-pocket costs. \n
- Tuition reimbursement to support your continued professional development. \n
- Flexible schedules designed to promote work-life balance. \n
- Referral bonuses for bringing talented individuals to our team. \n
