What You'll Do

As a District Manager, you'll oversee multiple restaurant locations while helping Store Managers become confident, independent business leaders.

Lead Restaurant Performance

• Coach and support Store Managers to achieve operational excellence
• Conduct regular restaurant visits and performance reviews
• Ensure every location delivers exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Reinforce company standards and operational consistency
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and execution

Build Great Leaders

• Hire, train, coach, and develop Store Managers and Assistant Managers
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions
• Build succession plans and develop future leaders
• Create accountability while fostering a positive, supportive culture
• Help managers solve problems instead of solving every problem for them

Drive Business Results

You'll be responsible for improving the overall performance of your district by monitoring and coaching around key business metrics, including:

• Sales Growth
• EBITDA
• Food Cost
• Labor Cost
• Guest Satisfaction
• Order Accuracy
• Operational Baseline Audit Scores
• EyeSpy Reports (secret shopper)
• Employee Retention
• Training Completion

You'll analyze trends, identify opportunities, and work alongside your managers to continuously improve results.

Champion Operational Excellence

• Conduct operational and food safety audits
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Reinforce Standard Operating Procedures
• Improve inventory management and reduce waste
• Ensure consistency across every restaurant
• Share best practices between locations

Create Outstanding Guest Experiences

• Coach hospitality and customer service
• Respond to guest feedback professionally
• Build a culture where every guest feels welcomed and valued

Who You Are

You're the type of leader who naturally develops people.

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
• Strong financial and P&L management skills
• Experience leading multiple restaurant locations
• Excellent coaching and leadership abilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel regularly between restaurant locations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred

• Fast Casual or Quick Service Restaurant experience
• ServSafe Manager Certification
• HACCP knowledge
• Experience with Toast POS or similar restaurant systems
