Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Kansas (KS) license as an RN or LPN/LVN
• Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or community health setting preferred
• Familiarity with K-12 age groups and their unique health needs
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, adaptable, and able to foster trust with students and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing services and daily care to students in the school health room
• Manage routine and emergency health concerns, medication administration, and care plans
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote student wellness and safety
• Educate students and staff on best practices for health, hygiene, and injury prevention
