Affiliate Marketing Manager

Owning the North America affiliate channel, the full-time remote Affiliate Marketing Manager will manage strategy, performance, and growth while optimizing commission structures and leading a team to drive innovative partnerships. Key responsibilities Develop and execute the long-term strategy for the North America affiliate channel, aligning with broader media objectives Negotiate agreements and continuously optimize commission structures to maximize growth and profitability Lead a team and agency partners, fostering talent development and high performance Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in affiliate and partnership marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Strong analytical skills with proficiency in attribution models and data analysis tools Creative thinking with the ability to identify unique partnership opportunities Proven executive presence and experience in stakeholder management Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
