Our client is seeking a full-time Lead Physical Therapist who can provide outstanding outpatient care while helping support the clinical team and strengthen clinical standards as the practice continues to grow.

This is an opportunity for a PT who enjoys treating patients but is also ready to become a trusted clinical resource for colleagues, support PTAs, and take on greater responsibility within the practice.

Full-time hours are 8:30 AM–5:30 PM , including a one-hour lunch from 12:30–1:30 PM .

Compensation

$85,000–$100,000 base salary

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is an experienced Physical Therapist who combines strong clinical judgment with excellent communication and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.

Candidates should have:

• An active Florida Physical Therapist license

• Strong clinical judgment and patient-care skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence supporting and providing clinical guidance to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)

• A collaborative, team-oriented approach

• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred

• An interest in growing into greater clinical leadership responsibilities
