MLR is seeking a compassionate and skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's dedicated healthcare team. In this essential role, you will provide specialized care to patients facing severe, life-threatening conditions.

Key Responsibilities of an ICU RN:

• Deliver expert care to critically ill patients through continuous monitoring and assessment, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support measures accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized patient care strategies.
• Operate and manage advanced medical equipment, including ventilators, monitoring devices, and life support systems.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families, providing support, education, and updates on the patient's condition.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient care, adhering to hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Active RN license in New Mexico.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required within two weeks of starting.
• Previous experience in ICU or critical care is highly preferred.
