What You'll Do

• Provide surgical patient care in a busy OR with 14 rooms, supporting all specialties except cardiac and ophthalmology
• Assist in preoperative assessments and post-operative patient education
• Maintain a sterile environment and monitor patient safety during procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams, including circulating and scrub roles when applicable
• Support vascular and orthopedic surgeries as a key skill area
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR system

What You Need

• NY Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration
• EPIC experience (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years OR nursing experience, with vascular and orthopedic skills preferred
• Ability to work dayshift and adhere to scheduled hours

• Circulating and scrub nurse experience
• Knowledge of surgical procedures across multiple specialties
