What We Look For:

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of IEPs and the special education process
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel
• Adaptable and positive approach to meeting diverse student needs
• Ability to thrive independently while contributing as a valued interdisciplinary team member

Your Role Will Include:

• Assessing and evaluating students’ functional abilities and needs within the educational environment
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Supporting students in achieving IEP goals through targeted interventions and accommodations
• Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
• Providing consultative services to staff and families to promote ongoing student success
• Flexibility to provide in-class, pull-out, or consultative services as needed
