HVAC Lead Installer We have an immediate need for an LEAD HVAC Installer for Residential Retrofit / Changeout installations to lead a 2 man crew. We are a Trane factory authorized dealer and offer paid training for industry certifications. Supervise the work of other installers and teach proper procedures Consult with customer and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company Ensure jobs are completed timely Qualifications / Skills: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 3 + years of residential HVAC experience Lead Install experience desired EPA Universal Certificate NATE Certifications or obtain during employment Proficient in installing Refrigeration Pipe Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems Able to train and supervise others General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems High school diploma or its equivalent Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
