Our team is comprised of individuals proudly committed to the objectives of quality and productivity.All job offers are contingent on the successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check.JOB DUTIES:Maintain, Install, and repair pumps, motors, control systems, and automation equipmentProgram and service VFD's, PLC's, and industrial motor controlsMonitor and calibrate process instrumentation (pH, conductivity, flow, turbidity, gas detection)Perform preventive maintenance on machine tools and other manufacturing equipment.Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams to diagnose and perform repairsSupport compliance with ISO, NADCAP, and environmental regulations through data logging and auditsManage wastewater treatment systems, air emissions controls, and scrubber maintenancePerform safe chemical handling, following SDS procedures and OSHA standardsConform to all requirements of Seyer Industries Quality System and any and all customer invoked quality requirements (AS-9100, for example).Continuously seek opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and organization(6s)Work well within a team to achieve minimal downtime of manufacturing equipment.PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS:HAZWOPER CERTIFICATION (Can be completed during employee onboarding)OSHA 30-hour General Industry (Can be completed during employee onboarding)Boiler Operator CertificateStationary Engineer's LicenseAdditional electrical certificationsEOE disability/veteran - We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate.
