Sargent is searching for Heavy Equipment Operators in the New England area. If you have experience operating construction equipment such as a backhoe, bulldozer, excavator, front end loader or grader to excavate, move and grade earth and install structures, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities As a member of the team, you can expect to: Travel throughout the region to work on projects related to infrastructure including landfill, highway, site prep, and public works. In addition, these roles may require travel; Sargent pays for travel expenses including lodging, mileage, and per diem for meals, and you will be home every weekend.
