Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (18:45–07:15) | Alternating 36/48-hour weeks; straight 48-hour schedules may be considered | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, high-volume Emergency Room environment
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of emergent and urgent conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient outcomes
• Accurately document all patient care activities and clinical findings in the electronic health record system
• Expected to work 12 weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) per contract, as well as either Thanksgiving and New Year's Day or Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for the state of practice
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• PALS certification required
• TNCC and ENPC certifications required

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in the specialtyMust reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system preferred
• Prior experience in a high-volume or trauma-level Emergency Room setting
