Job Description

Manage multifamily, hospitality, and townhome community projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, pay applications, and cost reporting. Utilize Procore to manage project documentation and communication. Coordinate owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The Successful Applicant

Experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor or developer. Strong financial acumen, including pay applications and cost reporting. Proficiency with Procore. Multifamily and/or hospitality construction experience preferred. Degree preferred but not required. Looking for a team-oriented professional interested in long-term growth.
