Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and formulating individualized care plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in collaboration with physicians or independently based on your privileges
• Instructing patients and their families on preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management

Qualifications You'll Need
