Job Summary Cornerstone Caregiving, the largest privately owned in‑home care company, has achieved remarkable growth in recent years. As we expand nationwide, we are seeking an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth. Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward. Location: San Marcos, TX – Full‑time. Compensation & Benefits Competitive starting salary to establish, grow, and improve the office. 20% quarterly cash profit share. Initial corporate training & ongoing support. Responsibilities and Duties Independently manage and lead this branch, with ongoing corporate training and support. Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider. Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). Hire, onboard, and schedule new team members; ensure all shifts are properly staffed and monitor on‑call responsibilities. Conduct in‑home assessments, build strong client relationships, handle intakes, and ensure client satisfaction. Oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements. Create a workplace of choice by incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone for team morale. Qualifications and Skills Proven leadership experience managing a team. Success in meeting sales and business development goals. Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset. Experience in direct recruitment, hiring, and staff oversight. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
