Full Time CNA/CHHA

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our healthcare team in Galloway Township, NJ. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality personal care and support to patients in a home or facility setting, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff or supervisors.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA and/or CHHA certification in the state of New Jersey.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in home health care or long-term care is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position. Flexible scheduling may be required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on patient needs.
