All Team is now hiring a Cashier / Clerk / Stocker position, with a possible Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate who possesses a positive attitude and is able to remain calm and professional during busy periods. Responsibilities Include:

• Greet customers, answer basic questions, and provide a positive checkout experience.
• Operate the register/POS system to: Ring up purchases accurately
• Process cash, credit/debit, and other approved payment types
• Issue receipts, handle returns/exchanges per policy, and resolve minor issues
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash-handling procedures
• Bag items carefully and efficiently
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; rotate product using FIFO (first in, first out)
• Check inventory levels and alert a supervisor when items are low or out of stock
• Price items and apply labels/signage as needed
• Keep aisles, endcaps, and displays neat, organized, and customer-ready
• Keep the front area clean and tidy (counters, register area, entryway, and high-traffic zones)
• Recover the sales floor throughout the shift (straighten shelves, face products, remove empty boxes)
• Assist with basic cleaning tasks as assigned (sweeping, wiping surfaces, taking out trash)
• Work closely with teammates to keep lines moving and the store running smoothly
• Assist with receiving deliveries, unpacking boxes, and putting product away (as needed)
• Follow company policies and safety procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications: Prior experience in cashiering, retail, grocery, or customer service is preferred (but will train the right person). Comfortable using a POS/register and handling money accurately. Ability to follow instructions, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Standing and walking for extended periods. Lifting and carrying boxes/products (weight may vary). Reaching, bending, and repetitive motions during stocking and cleaning
