- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Active state Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- Planning, directing, and evaluating the work of the team in the designated area.
- Ensuring smooth communication across shifts to guarantee continuous care.
- Collaborating with various departments for optimal patient outcomes.
- Participating in ongoing education, maintaining patient records, and contributing to policy and procedure updates.
