In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with Physical Therapists to support patient care, prepare treatment spaces, and help patients through their recovery journey—all while keeping our clinic running smoothly and welcoming for everyone who walks through the door.

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day)

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, helping create a friendly and welcoming environment
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment according to clinic protocols
• Assist patients before, during, and after therapy sessions with enthusiasm and care
• Help patients perform prescribed exercises under therapist supervision
• Apply heat/ice packs and assist with mobility or exercise equipment
• Maintain clean linens and a safe, organized treatment environment
• Educate patients on proper use of therapy equipment and exercise routines
• Support front office staff to ensure the clinic functions smoothly, including answering phones, filing, and basic computer tasks
• Support clinic operations by restocking supplies and maintaining equipment
