Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $80,000–$90,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).+ a Sign-on Bonus from $2,500. Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence

Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
