LVN

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LVN to provide hands-on nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you’ll deliver direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with treatments and therapies, and support interdisciplinary rehab plans. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to promote patient safety, functional recovery, and education.
