**Required Experience and Certifications:** - Minimum 1-year ED RN experience - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - NIH (National Institutes of Health certification) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) **Preferred Experience and Skills:** - ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) - Experience with Meditech EMR - Experience in traveling to facilities larger than 52 beds **Leadership and Clinical Experience:** - Experience in traveling or experience at large facility areas **Skills and Qualifications:** - Able to handle a fast-paced ER environment - Ability to learn quickly and work well in a diverse and young team setting
