Job Title: RN Circulator Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room - Neuro and General Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: 1+ years in Neuro and General Surgery License: Registered Nurse Certifications: BLS (AHA only) Must-Have Skills/Experience: 1 year+ of Neuro-specific experience is needed for this role. Experience with DaVinci Xi robotic surgery is essential. Experience with general surgery, urology, and gynecology procedures is required. Experience with orthopedic surgery, including scopes and arthroplasty, is necessary. Familiarity with Hana Table, Arthrex tower, and Beach Chair positioning is needed. Description: The circulating nurse focuses on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating perioperative patient care. This role acts as a patient advocate at all times. Flexibility in managing different types of surgical cases is essential. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker and a team player. The facility is a 244-bed hospital serving a diverse community.
