We are seeking a Perm Family Care Provider in a rural health clinic located in Aledo, IL, approximately 45 minutes south of the Quad Cities.  Up to $150K commencement bonus!

Details:
Title: Physician Primary Care

Type: Full Time Permanent

Location: 409 NW Ninth Avenue, Aledo, IL 61231

Shift: Normal clinic hours: M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pm + Call

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).  Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.

Job Description:

• Provider must be interested in working in a rural community.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join 2 Physicians, and 6 APP's in a Rural Health Clinic
• Lab and X-ray adjacent to the clinic in the hospital
• Clinic, Hospital, and Long Term Care coverage
• Not accepting Locums candidates
• Not accepting visa candidates
• Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision.  Clean malpractice is preferred.

Requirements:

• Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine -  REQUIRED
• IL license (or willing to obtain) -  REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice - PREFERRED
