8‑hour Day shifts, with a requirement of 36 hours guaranteed, and the expectation of working up to 40 hours. Job Description We are seeking a qualified healthcare professional for an outpatient position. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience, although new graduates and first‑time travelers are welcome to apply. This role includes the expectation to float to other clinics and manage a diverse patient population. Productivity expectations involve seeing 12–14 patients daily, with a total of 60 visits per week. Double‑booking of follow‑up visits is anticipated. Responsibilities Provide high‑quality outpatient care to patients. Manage a caseload of 12–14 patients per day. Ensure productivity targets are met while maintaining patient satisfaction. Coordinate with other clinics and adapt to patient needs. Seek approval for any overtime hours from the director prior to working. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Outpatient experience preferred; however, new graduates and first‑time travelers are encouraged to apply.
