Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Immediate Opening | Modern Family Practice

Chattanooga, TN

$40-45/hour | New Office | Supportive Team

We are a brand-new, modern dental practice opening soon and looking for a motivated, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. This is a great opportunity to grow with practice from the ground up and help shape a positive, efficient hygiene program.

What You’ll Do

Perform adult and child prophylaxis, SRP, and periodontal maintenance
Take digital X-rays and intraoral images
Educate patients on oral health and treatment needs
Help build and maintain a productive hygiene schedule
Partner with the doctor to deliver high-quality care

What We’re Looking For

Active Tennessee RDH license
Strong clinical and communication skills
Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
Reliable and team-oriented
Comfortable with modern dental software and technology
Additional training will be provided, including software, intraoral scanner, and CBCT
